BLOOD DONATION DRIVE

An awareness campaign for blood donation has been ongoing during festivals and Diwali vacations in Surat, particularly in areas like Hirabagh, Yogichowk, and Punagam. Run by the Social Army Group, Project Live Blood Bank aims to raise awareness about blood donation and encourage people to participate. Today, the campaign successfully collected 127 bottles of blood, thanks to the support of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Blood Bank and their team in Rander.

Blood donation camp

The Social Army group organized a successful blood donation camp today in Kapodra, Shreeji Nagar. A large number of enthusiastic youths participated in the camp to donate blood, expressing their selflessness and willingness to help. Sardar Blood Bank, a staunch advocate for humanitarian causes, extended significant cooperation. In the future, we will continue to facilitate such events to ensure that blood is readily available to vulnerable patients in need at blood donation centers.

Blood Data Collection

The Project Live Blood Bank campaign, organized by the Social Army group, for blood donation and donor awareness, was successfully conducted today by the members of the group through play cards titled Blood Data Collection. Supporters, becoming aware themselves, donated blood on the spot. Social leaders Vipulbhai Sachapara, Ganpatbhai Dhameliya, and Dr. Purvesh Dhankhecha attended the event, praised the efforts, and provided inspirational guidance.

14 June "World Blood Donor Day"

The Savior Blood Bank, a social organization operated under the Social Army, was conducting a large number of blood donation drives during the lockdown period. Typically, a good number of people would donate blood during regular times, but during the lockdown period, the situation was not visible, and we had to face a shortage of blood. In such circumstances, the needy patients required blood urgently, and in order to address this, Savior Blood Bank collaborated with the Live Blood Bank to facilitate blood donation from the donors' homes to help the needy patients.

"Bloodgroup Data Collection"

The Live Blood Bank, operating under the Social Army Group, works to ensure the transfer of blood from person to person. In this selfless and continuous service, today, Blood Group Data Collection program was organized to reach out to more and more people through the efforts of Live Blood Bank, situated in Vadodara. Local residents and supporters actively participated in registering a large number of blood group and necessary information. A part of the Social Army group, the Live Blood Bank, along with its members and all those connected with this group, has demonstrated immense humanity by joining the Live Blood Bank without considering any relationship other than humanity, helping others by donating blood.
